Convenience to Medical Downtown Dallas.

Liked the hotel, but when goggled gave wrong address.

Good hotel for the value and the convenience to Downtown Medical in Dallas. The beds were somewhat uncomfortable, but what hotel isn't. The room was clean and well cared for.

Staff quick to attend to any problems.

Found a large piece of food under bed.

Over all clean. Easy check in. location of room easy to get to. Continental breakfast all right, limited selections, but good. Staff helpful for finding local attractions.

It was very eye appealing from the outside. The grounds were lovely.

The staff was a little clueless.

Very pretty from the outside. The room was very spacious and aside from the ugly gold bedspread was very nice. The TV left something to be desired and since they didn't have pay per view movies to order we wanted to hook up our DVD player we brought with us. We couldn't get the input on the TV to change so we could watch a movie and the staff refused help. Said they couldn't let us do that.
